The National Bureau for Drug Prevention comprises the following departments:

• Department of Prevention and Rehabilitation Tasks,
• Department of Public Education,
• Autonomous Post on Early Warning System on Drugs,
  • develops and implements the early warning system on new drugs. This tasks is co-performed by the police, border guards, customs services, toxicological departments, non-governmental organizations which run harm reduction programmes.

• Group of Autonomous Posts on Training,
• Department of Control over Implementation of Commissioned Tasks,
• Finance and Accounting Department,
• Autonomous Post on Financial Control of Commissioned Tasks
